Packaging issues

The coffee is great as usual.
However the packaging line of the DeQaf coffee was terrible. I bought 2 packs and the entire 2 packs, 20 envelopes, broke when the hot water was added. They broke from the paper handle which stabilises the envelope in the cup. the whole thing was thrown out unfortunately... I will definitely continue to deal with reqaf because I love the brand, however, I would appreciate it if you could send an email when the packaging line is fixed so I could continue to purchase it. Best of luck.

I would definitely repurchase! High quality coffee and a perfect packaging including a very well designed drip bag! Super nice, I am truly impressed that this is an Egyptian product!

The coffee and the idea is great . I love it but some of the packs are not sealed from the side well. So when water is poured in the coffee beans fall in the mug
